Holiday Inn Express El Paso-Downtown An Ihg Hotel

This hotel suits me perfectly! It provides free wi-fi, a fitness center, and great laundry services. I appreciated the staff for helping me return my forgotten jewelry. If you're looking for comfort, don't hesitate to stay here. I'm coming back next year!

The nicest place to stay when traveling to El Paso. Fairly clean and ideal hotel with spacious and updated rooms. Location close to the motorway, the ballpark -about five blocks and the Plaza theater-6 or 8 blocks, and Highway. For tea or coffee visit Coffee Box nearby. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room.

Decent sized and updated room with a fridge, and nice pool.

Its not that I didn't like, its just that maybe they could have added some potatoes, some cheese and some salsa to the breakfast menu, otherwise eggs were good and biscuits/gravy good as well.

The queen room wassuper clean and cozy, and i loved the quiet downtown area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the make-your-own pancakes. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Definitely check out the nearby museum of international art.

Everything exceeded my expectations from my last visit to el paso. The room was super clean and cozy, and i loved how easy it was to explore the relaxing downtown area on foot in the evening.

Nice breakfast area with good range of choices. Comfortable bed. The room had a bench to hold two suitcases and a work table and was very clean. Soft and firm pillows (two each). Good room lighting and room size (we had an "executive king"). Friendly service. Quiet (it's a stand alone building on the edge of the downtown area with numerous parking garages and lots in the area). Decent restaurants within a few blocks walk (we didn't have a car with us). Small fridge and microwave.

Located on the edge of downtown, walking distance to the convention center and ballpark, but not much of a downtown in El Paso. Lots of big bank buildings and parking lots and garages. No street life after 5, but there were some good restaurants and a brew pub in the area that we enjoyed.

Clean and Comfortable Stay in a Relaxed Vibe

The downtown location was quiet yet convenient, perfect for evening strolls. Breakfast was decent. I did notice that maintaining the breakfast area could use some improvement.

You get all you need for a short stay for good value and quality. For some reason the water is very soft which was very good for my dry skin. Still, it is not a health spa.

I do not like at all the plastic plates and cutlery at the breakfast creating even more unnecessary waste. When booking ask for a room away from the motorway. Although proper windows you can hear it.
